Pain Erasing Massage (50, 90, 110 minutes)
Using a combination of therapeutic massage techniques, our Pain Erasing Massage will greatly reduce or eliminate pain and discomfort and help restore balance. Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascia Release, Sports Massage and Stretching may be included in this highly effective bodywork. This massage is performed on the bare skin with little or no lubricant.Therapeutic Whole-body Massage (50, 90 minutes)
This restoring massage employs various techniques like acupressure, deep tissue, smooth gliding strokes and body stretching to achieve a deeply therapeutic effect, helping to reduce stress, improve circulation and joint mobility. This massage is ideal to relieve muscular tension and mental fatigue, while helping sooth the body, mind and spirit. This massage is performed on the bare skin with a therapeutic lubricant.Trigger Point Therapy (15, 30, 50, 90, minutes)
This is a form of deep massage that applies concentrated finger pressure to specific points on individual muscles. Trigger Point Therapy is a very detailed approach, used to increase blood flow and to release trigger points. Trigger points are intense knots of muscle tension that refer pain to other parts of the body (they become trigger points when they seem to trigger a pain pattern). This form of massage helps to break the cycle of spasm and pain and is often used in pain control.Deep Tissue Massage (15, 30, 50, 90, minutes)
This approach is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction. Often the movements are directed across the grain of the muscles (cross-fiber) using the fingers, thumbs, forearms or elbows. This is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than Swedish massage, thus the name, deep tissue. Deep tissue massage lends itself to being more focused on a problem area.Massage Can Help With:
