- How do I know which type of massage will work for my condition?
- We suggest you read the list of therapies offered at the Center for Holistic Care, PLLC. This will give you an idea of what will best suite you for the desired results required for your specific condition. If afterwards you are still having a difficult time deciding, our massage and bodywork therapist will assist you during your initial consultation before your session starts to determine the best overall type of massage for you. A personalized massage session can be customized just for your needs and desires.
- Do you sell gift certificates for massage?
- Yes. Gift Certificates are available in person or by calling 704 895-6788
- Do I need to take my clothes off for a massage?
- Not necessarily, it depends on the type of massage. A massage requiring the use of oils and lotions does require some removal of clothing. The appropriate draping method for your privacy will be explained to you and you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. The massage therapist will only uncover the area required for your specific massage treatment to insure your modesty and comfort.
- What types of massage does do you have available?

- Does insurance pay for massage?
- Some insurance programs cover massage therapy, and we recommend that you contact your provider to find out.
- Are your oils and lotions scented?
- We use only unscented oils, lotions and gels; however, an aromatherapy massage session is available upon request.
- How comfortable is your massage table?
- Our massage table is extra soft for your comfort. It is a special adjustable table with two electric motors that can assist you and the therapist provide the best treatment outcome.
- How long is a massage?
- Our typical massage session is 50 minutes of treatment time. We have sessions tailored to suit the needs of most client needs from 15 minutes to 110 minutes.
- Do you provide massage for couples session where we can both receive a massage at the same time?
- Not at this time.
- Do you have any massage specials?
- Yes. We have a special stress relief massage this is a full-body massage designed to reduce stress and anxiety for $45. We also have packages available to allow you to save on four pre-paid sessions. You may also signup to have specials and discounts emailed to you.
